The Nasher Sculpture Center offers various spaces for rent to meet the needs of your corporate event, as well as guidance from our private events team in strategizing the best use of the space and A/V equipment.

Daytime Events

9 a.m. – 5 p.m. / 4-Hour Time Slot Provided
+ $2,000 to extend to the 5-6 p.m. time slot

Pricing is dependent upon guest count and layout.

The garden is not available for events during museum hours.

Boardroom

Capacity:
40-person seated breakfast, lunch, lecture or meeting
Daytime Rental Fee: $2,000
+ $500 each hour over time slot

Nasher Hall

Capacity:
160-person seated breakfast, lunch, lecture or meeting
Daytime Rental Fee: $3,000
+ $1,000 each hour over time slot

After Hours Events

6:00 p.m. – 11 p.m. / 4-Hour Time Slot Provided

*The indoor galleries remain closed unless the Whole Center is rented.
Food and beverage is not permitted in galleries.

Boardroom, Terrace, and Garden

Capacity:
30-person capacity for indoor seating
50-person capacity for a standing reception
Rental Fee: $6,000

Cafe, Terrace, and Garden

Capacity:
60-person capacity for indoor seating
100-person capacity for a standing reception
Rental Fee: $8,000

Nasher Hall, Terrace, and Garden

Capacity:
200-person capacity for indoor seating
300-person capacity for a standing reception
Rental Fee: $12,000

+ $3,000 to open available galleries for first hour

300-person capacity for a standing reception

Includes two gallery educators

Rental Fee: $20,000


  • Rain Plan option is available and has a maximum seating capacity of 160–200 depending on layout.
  • Pricing includes: tables, chairs, china, glassware, silverware, bar facades, cocktail tables, string lights, security, facilities team, housekeeping, basic AV equipment, and a Nasher Event Coordinator (tableware is included for up to 180 guests). See equipment list for full details.
  • City Noise Ordinance allows outdoor music until 11 p.m. on Friday–Saturday nights and 10 p.m. Sunday–Thursday.

A 15% discount is available for Nasher Members at a $2,500 level and above.
Receive a 15% discount on a Nasher Membership at any level with a facility rental.
