SOLD OUT: Individual tickets for The 2017 Great Create are no longer available.

The fifth annual The Great Create is presented by The Tot.

Inaugurated in 2013, The Great Create family fundraiser transforms the Nasher Garden into an interactive, art-filled space for kids and parents. Children can put their hands to work in engaging projects under the instruction of Dallas-based and national artists. The event also features live entertainment and kid-friendly food. Friends and Supporters of the Nasher Sculpture Center are invited to bring their children, their friends’ children, or sponsor a family. The event is geared toward children 12 and under, with teens ages 13 and up invited to serve as “Art Ambassadors” to assist the artists. Children 2 and under attend for free.

Why Support The Great Create?

All proceeds from the event will directly benefit the Nasher Sculpture Center, bolstering the museum’s efforts to provide outstanding youth education programs throughout the year, such as the 3:01 Club After-school Program, Summer Institute for Teens and free student tours. Education programs account for more than 33% of the Center’s attendance each year, enabling many students and families to experience the Nasher at no cost. 70% of all education programs offered at the Nasher are made possible through the support of organizations, companies and individuals. In 2015, over 13,000 students from 200 schools have participated in Nasher student tours, designed to enrich the lives of many through the arts. Your valuable support furthers the Nasher Sculpture Center’s ongoing mission of serving as a catalyst for the study and appreciation of modern and contemporary sculpture.
