The Nasher Sculpture Center is excited to host a comprehensive program for Patron Members from Study Circles and exclusive Patron travel programs to exhibition opening dinners and the first annual Director’s Lunch with Nasher Sculpture Center Director Jeremy Strick.

Director’s Luncheon
January 15: 12 noon – 2 pm
Director Jeremy Strick invites Patron Members at the Rodin and Director’s Circles to the introductory Director’s Luncheon featuring a three-course meal and presentation on upcoming exhibitions, ongoing conservation work, and new programming.
 
Jaume Plensa: Genus and Species
Patron Members’ Luncheon
January 29: 12 – 2 pm
This exclusive luncheon for Members at the Brancusi Circle and above celebrates the opening of the exhibition Jaume Plensa: Genus and Species (January 30 – May 2, 2010.)  Guests will enjoy a 3-course meal by Wolfgang Puck Catering and exhibition remarks by artist Jaume Plensa and Nasher Curator Jed Morse.
 
Patron Study Circle at Cowboys Stadium
Spring 2010
The first of quarterly Patron Study Circles will feature a visit to Cowboys Stadium for a tour of its outstanding art collection, which includes works by Daniel Buren, Olafur Eliasson, Teresita Fernández, Matthew Ritchie and Lawrence Weiner. This Study Circle event will include dining, deluxe bus transportation, and an in-depth look at these contemporary artists and their work. This opportunity is available to Members at the Brancusi Circle and above.

New York, Hudson Valley and Connecticut
April 29 – May 2
Patron Members can look forward to spending one day in Manhattan for behind-the-scenes tours of some of the New York City’s most important art collections; one day in the Hudson River Valley, featuring visits to private sculpture gardens including Dia:Beacon; and one day in Connecticut touring important private collections and Phillip Johnson’s Glass House. Information and registration materials will be mailed to Patrons in January. Available to Miró Circle Members and above.
 
China
Fall 2010
Nasher Director Jeremy Strick leads a tour of one of the world’s most intriguing destinations for contemporary art and architecture. Attendees will enjoy tours of important private and public art collections and architectural works in Beijing, a visit to the Expo 2010 in Shanghai, as well as trips to Xi’ An, Suzhou, Guilin, and Hong Kong. Available to Brancusi Circle Members and above.
 
NasherSALON Patron Benefits
As an added benefit of Membership, Patron-level Members are eligible for exclusive opportunities for 2010 NasherSALON. Rodin Circle Members receive free tickets for all lectures, as well as invitations to pre-Salon VIP receptions. Matisse Circle Members have the advantage of purchasing discounted tickets to the entire series. All Patron Members (Miró Circle and above) receive the opportunity to purchase tickets before they go on sale to the public.
